Referral Program
In the REVO referral program, both drivers and customers can earn money by referring others to the platform. Referrers receive 20% of the $1 referral fee for each ride completed by the referred driver or taken by the referred customer. Referral commissions are ongoing and paid out according to REVO's schedule, separate from driver earnings.
Compensation Plan
REVO uses a multi-tiered compensation plan with various ranks and commission percentages based on personal referrals and team performance:
Ranks:
- Free IBO
- Manager
- Supervisor
- Director
- Executive

Additional Commissions:
- Open Line Infinite Level: Commissions extend indefinitely down the referral line.
- Generation Commissions: 1st and 2nd generation commissions for further team performance.
- Revenue Sharing Pool: 2% share for all members.
Important Notes:
- PCV (Personal Commissionable Volume) determines tier level, with compression if below $100/month.
- The plan incentivizes recruitment and team building for higher earning potential.
